One of our favourite clients has won an award 'The North Coast Tourism 2010 Business Excellence Award'

Studio Popsicle has worked with the fun and friendly team at Apartments Inn from the very beginning, on their Logo design, brand development and social media creative.

Another hilarious day was had out at Kemps Creek creating the new 'Green Team' campaign. The staff who are always involved in this event are true performers and along with the hair & make-up expertise of Jason Gardener and fantastic wardrobe and props organised by Simone from Andreasens and Studio Popsicle, the whole day came together really well, despite an early morning frost! Photography was by Studio Commercial who are always so professional and easy to work with – thanks Jason and David. Production and art direction by Studio Popsicle. Below are some out takes of the day.

We will post the final ad campaigns when complete – so stay tuned.

Working with Janelle and Paul from BCR has been a real pleasure. After completing the identity we designed this simple web holding page while they launch their product. www.barossacoffee.com

Ethical values for the sourcing of coffee beans which are planet and people friendly are among the great qualities that are going into each roast type they are creating.

Popsicle is now working on some further ideas for packaging and we want to wish them all the best for the start of this new Artisan Coffee for the Connoiseur!

this job couldn't of been more fun and especially as the brief was to keep it PINK.

Elise Garland had a simple logo based on helvetica bold text. We developed this further into a logo icon of egpr as seen on the home page of her site.

An HTML based website – Simple, bold and stylish all made possible with web development from Ben at Illegal Design.

The Society of Typographic Aficionados (SOTA) has released “Coming Together”, a font created exclusively for Font Aid IV to benefit the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti. The font consists entirely of ampersands, to represent the idea of people coming together to help one another. Type designers, graphic designers, and other artists from around the world contributed artwork to the font. http://www.typesociety.org/fontaid.html

Help Haiti from your desk and get a great collection of well designed AMPERSANDS.

Well just one of our New Year Resolutions is to be a more all-rounded, eco-friendly design studio. We'd like to learn more about contributing further in our daily work place. At studio popsicle we currently use printers who focus on green processes – vegetable inks, recycled paper stocks (where possible), green energy power supply, avoiding overuse of paper proofing etc BUT this year we want to do more by offering great design ideas to all our lovely clients that allows them to choose green solutions in the final product… we'll keep you posted.

Below is an excellent site dedicated to a community of Design and Sustainability… worth a look!
